Dear Beloved in Christ,

Any Christian who is serious about their spiritual journey must prioritize consistent spiritual growth. This growth can only be nurtured through a deliberate and thorough study of the Word of God. One of the most effective avenues for this is through the RCCG Sunday School.

As the Scriptures declare:

2 Timothy 3:16-17
“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.”

Psalm 119:11
“Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.”

These foundational verses emphasize the critical importance of knowing and applying God’s Word. Actively participating in Sunday School is a personal commitment you are encouraged to make—it is a practical and powerful way to grow deeper in your relationship with God.

Engaging with the yearly curriculum is like enrolling in your own personal Bible College. The structured lessons in the Sunday School manuals allow you to study at your own pace—whether deeper, faster, or slower—while still aligning with the weekly lesson outlines, which are highly recommended for a comprehensive understanding.

Every lesson is designed to be transformational. If approached with sincerity and a desire to grow, these studies will enrich your life in ways that are profound and lasting. I urge you not to rely solely on the brief classroom sessions each week. Instead, commit to personal study time using the manual. These moments—outside your personal prayers—are sacred times with God where you learn more about Him, hear His voice, and deepen your love for Him.
